    开始慢跑

    摸着渐成气候的小肚腩,觉得不能只靠饮食的管理了。量了一下体重,没增反减,说明肌肉正在慢慢脂肪化。。。启动iphone的健身工具,卫星定位,出发!目标是隔壁车站。很久没运动,加上路线里还有一个很急的山坡,很快就双脚发酸。也不勉强,觉得气息接不上了,就走一走。观风望景,感觉没多久就跑了一个来回。1.8公里,39分,消耗124卡路里。不错的开始。不过这速度真是,不算为妙。

    整理了一些回国时的照片去冲洗,一张张美食的特写,看得口水直流。中国菜,wonderful !

    理论上讲人过了25岁,无论男人或是女人其新陈代谢在身体内反应并呈现的状况是积累大于消耗,相应的也就有肥胖或者说发福的状况不可避免的产生,要想改变,运动还真是个百试不爽的好办法。
